The four SPACs went public this past week are:

1.      Sound Point Acquisition I (credit markets SPAC)

2.      SHUAA Partners Acq. I (tech and fintech in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey SPAC)

3.      Valuence Merger I (life sciences and sustainability SPAC)

4.      Kensington Capital Acq IV (auto industry SPAC)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $725 million.
