Non-invasive Neural Input Technology Developer WEARABLE DEVICES Files and Set Terms for $18 Million US IPO

Wearable Devices Ltd, a non-invasive neural input technology developer, has filed Form F-1 Registration Statement on February 18, 2022 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $18 million IPO. Pricing terms are yet to announce.

The company developing a non-invasive neural input interface in the form of a wrist wearable band for controlling digital devices using subtle finger movements. They have been working with both B2B and B2C customers since their technology was introduced to the market in 2014.

The Yokne'am Illit, Israel-based company was founded in 2014 and plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “WLDS.” Aegis Capital Corp. is the underwriter of the IPO.

The company engages Sullivan & Worcester LLP as US Securities Counsel, and Ziv Haft as Independent Auditor.
