Advertising and Analytics Company SAMBA TV Files and Set Terms for $75 Million US IPO

Samba TV Inc, an advertising and analytics company, has filed Form S-1 Registration Statement on November 16, 2021 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $75 million IPO. Pricing terms are yet to announce.

The company transforms internet CTVs into a platform for customers, which are comprised of brands, agencies, content programmers, publishers and measurement and advertising vendors, to build attentive, engaged audiences.

The San Francisco, California-based company was founded in 2008 and booked $123 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2021. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol “SMBA.” Securities, Evercore ISI, and Oppenheimer & Co. are underwriters of the IPO.

The company engages Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation as US Securities Counsel, and Deloitte & Touche LLP as Independent Auditor.
