Two IPOs and four SPACs went public in the week of July 5, 2021 led by Sentage Holdings (NASDAQ: SNTG), consumer loan collection, recommendation, and payment services provider, raised $20 million at a $70 million market cap and finished 598% above its IPO price.

Preclinical biotech developing RNA-based targeted therapies for cancer, TransCode Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RNAZ) raised $25 million at a $54 million market cap and finished 32% above its IPO price.

The four SPACs went public this past week are:

1.      AltC Acquisition (no selected target industry)

2.      Agrico Acquisition (Agricultural technology in the Americas SPAC)

3.      Acropolis Inf. Acq. (Infrastructure and infrastructure services in North America SPAC)

4.      Galata Acquisition (Financials and fintech in emerging markets SPAC)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $1 billion.
