Home Services Platform Provider DAOJIA Files for $100 Million US IPO

Daojia Ltd, the largest home services platform provider in China, has filed Form F-1 Registration Statement on June 2, 2021 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million IPO. Pricing terms are yet to announce.

The company owns and operates Swan Daojia, China’s most recognized and trusted brand in home services according to iResearch. Daojia means “to home” in Chinese. Their platform offers to span multiple service categories, from maternity nurse, nanny, housekeeping services, to training services and SaaS-based solutions.

The Beijing, China-based company was founded in 2014 and booked $118 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2021. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol “JIA.” J.P. Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, and CICC are underwriters of the IPO.

The company engages Cooley LLP as US Securities Counsel, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as Independent Auditor.
