19 IPOs and 13 SPACs went public in the week of June 28, 2021 led by Pop Culture Group Co Ltd (NASDAQ: CPOP), plans and hosts hip-hop events and programs in China, raised $37 million at a $110 million market cap and finished 790% above its IPO price.

Portfolio of virtual and augmented reality companies’ operator, Glimpse Group Inc (NASDAQ: VRAR) raised $12 million at a $84 million market cap and finished 78% above its IPO price.

Online marketplace operator for on-demand manufacturing, Xometry Inc (NASDAQ: XMTR) raised $303 million at a $2,044 million market cap and finished 58% above its IPO price.

Biometric identity verification platform provider, Clear Secure Inc (NYSE: YOU) raised $409 million at a $4,489 million market cap and finished 55% above its IPO price.

Inhaled formulation of imatinib developer for pulmonary arterial hypertension, Aerovate Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: AVTE) raised $122 million at a $347 million market cap and finished 42% above its IPO price.

Legal and compliance solutions provider in the US, LegalZoom.com Inc (NASDAQ: LZ) raised $535 million at a $5,827 million market cap and finished 39% above its IPO price.

On-demand grocery delivery platform in China, Dingdong Ltd (NYSE: DDL) raised $96 million at a $5,547 million market cap and finished 23% above its IPO price.

China's largest ride-hailing network operator, DiDi Global (NYSE: DIDI) raised $4,435 million at a $70.4 billion market cap and finished 11% above its IPO price.

SaaS solutions provider to SMBs for business and customer management, EverCommerce Inc (NASDAQ: EVCM) raised $325 million at a $3,404 million market cap and finished 1% above its IPO price.

Premium pet food manufacturer under the Halo and TruDog brands, Better Choice (NYSE: BTTR) raised $40 million at a $138 million market cap and finished 11% below its IPO price.

The 13 SPACs went public this past week are:

3.      Social Cap. Suvretta IV (biotech sector SPAC)

4.      Social Capital Suvretta I (biotech sector SPAC)

5.      Social Cap. Suvretta II (biotech sector SPAC)

6.      Corsair Partnering Corp (financial and business services sectors SPAC)

7.      Frontier Investment ("new economy" sectors SPAC)

8.      Macondray Capital Acq. I (software, data and technology, and TMT sectors SPAC)

9.      Shelter Acquisition (real estate technology or proptech SPAC)

10.   Elliott Opportunity II (technology SPAC)

11.   Mountain Crest Acq. IV (no selected target industry)

12.   Thunder Bridge Capital IV (fintech industry SPAC) 13.   Gobi Acquisition (businesses with strong APAC connections SPAC)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $2.9 billion.
