Reagents and other materials provider for biopharmaceutical R&D applications, Alpha Teknova Inc (NASDAQ: TKNO) raised $96 million at a $470 million market cap and finished 56% above its IPO price.
Novel bioengineering technology developer for organ transplants, Miromatrix Medical Inc (NASDAQ: MIRO) raised $43 million at a $191 million market cap and finished 42% above its IPO price.
Customer experience management software provider, Sprinklr Inc (NYSE: CXM) raised $266 million at a $4,575 million market cap and finished 28% above its IPO price.
Collects and processes real-time data streams platform provider, Confluent Inc (NASDAQ: CFLT) raised $828 million at a $11.7 billion market cap and finished 28% above its IPO price.
Chinese Digital freight platform that connects shippers and truckers, Full Truck Alliance (NYSE: YMM) raised $828 million at a $11.7 billion market cap and finished 28% above its IPO price.
Chinese grocery delivery e-commerce platform provider, Missfresh Ltd (NASDAQ: MF) raised $273 million at a $3,192 million market cap and finished 26% below its IPO price.
The four SPACs went public this past week are:
1. Northern Lights Acq. (Cannabis industry SPAC)
2. FinTech Acquisition VI (fintech SPAC)
3. Golden Path Acquisition (businesses with a connection to the Asian market SPAC)
4. Coliseum Acquisition (consumer product, service, and media companies SPAC)
Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $520 million.
