Chinese Largest Mobility Technology Platform XIAOJU KUAIZHI Set Terms for $3.9 Billion US IPO

Xiaoju Kuaizhi Inc, the largest mobility technology platform in China, has filed Amendment No 1 to Form F-1 Registration Statement on June 24, 2021 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to announce terms for its IPO.

The company plans to raise $3.9 billion by offering 288 million shares at a price range of $13 to $14. Assuming a successful IPO at the midpoint of the proposed price, the company expects a market capitalization of $67.5 billion.

The company reimagines urban living using transformative technologies to make mobility safe, affordable, convenient, and sustainable. They provide consumers with a comprehensive range of services, including ride-hailing, taxi-hailing, chauffeur, hitch and other forms of shared mobility.

The Beijing, China-based company was founded in 2012 and booked $25.6 billion in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2021. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol “DIDI.” Goldman Sachs (Asia), Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and China Renaissance are underwriters of the IPO.

The company engages Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as US Securities Counsel, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as Independent Auditor.
