16 IPOs and six SPACs went public in the week of June 14, 2021 led by Verve Therapeutics (NASDAQ: VERV), Preclinical biotech developing single-course gene-editing therapies for cardiovascular disease, raised $267 million at a $954 million market cap and finished 100% above its IPO price.

Preclinical biotech developing therapies for Alzheimer's disease, Alzamend Neuro Inc (NASDAQ: ALZN), raised $13 million at a $543 million market cap and finished 81% above its IPO price.

Chinese pre-owned consumer electronics transactions and services platform, AiHuiShou International (NYSSE: RERE), raised $227 million at a $3,560 million market cap and finished 23% above its IPO price.

Automates digital ad transactions platform provider, Tremor International Ltd (NASDAQ: TRMR), raised $129 million at a $1,491 million market cap and finished 6% below its IPO price.

AI-powered enterprise customer engagement and business insight platform, WalkMe Ltd (NASDAQ: WKME), raised $287 million at a $2,926 million market cap and finished 6% below its IPO price.

Insurers with Medicare Advantage technology and admin services provider, Convey Holding Parent Inc (NYSE: CNVY), raised $187 million at a $1,070 million market cap and finished 13% below its IPO price.

The six SPACs went public this past week are:

1.      ZET Acquisition (energy transition and sustainability space SPAC)

2.      Corner Growth 2 (tech SPAC)

3.      Jaws Juggernaut Acq. ((no selected target industry)

4.      G Squared Ascend II (tech sector SPAC)

5.      Rice Acquisition II (energy transition and sustainability SPAC)

6.      DILA Capital Acquisition (tech-enabled sectors in Latin America SPAC)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $1.1 billion.
