Cross border E-commerce platform provider, Global-E Online (NASDAQ: GLBE) raised $375 million at a $4,140 million market cap and finished 7% above its IPO price.
Fusion proteins for immunological diseases developer, Vera Therapeutics (NASDAQ: VERA) raised $48 million at a $244 million market cap and finished 5% above its IPO price.
Freemium platform for website traffic analytics provider, Similarweb (NYSE: SMWB) raised $176 million at a $1,861 million market cap and finished 3% below its IPO price.
Canadian developer of low-cost cannabis products in Colombia, Flora Growth (NASDAQ: FLGC) raised $17 million at a $249 million market cap and finished 19% below its IPO price.
The two SPACs went public this past week are:
1. Orion Biotech Opp. (biotech and life science sectors SPAC)
2. Osiris Acquisition (no selected target industry)
Together, all the SPACs raised a total of 430 million.
