Hexcellence OTC Markets Graduates Monthly Update – June 2020

We are excited to update you on the latest OTC Graduates in June 2020!!! Two issuers uplisted from the OTC Markets to the NASDAQ, NYSE, or NYSE American in June 2020!

They are:

1. Nuzee, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUZE) left the OTCQB for the Nasdaq Capital Market.

2. VerifyMe, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIME) left the OTCQB for the Nasdaq Capital Market. 

In May 2020, there are three graduates, which are:

1. Delmar Bancorp (Nasdaq: DBCP) left the OTCQX for the Nasdaq Capital Market.

2. Delcath Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCTH) left the OTCQB for the Nasdaq Capital Market.

3. Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: WINT) left the OTCQB for the Nasdaq Capital Market.

While some of the world’s largest companies trade on the OTC Markets, many smallcap and microcap issuers view the OTC Markets as a launching pad for NASDAQ or NYSE listing.

As of June 2020, there are a total of 15 companies graduated from the OTC Markets in the year.
