Seven IPOs and three SPACs went public in the week of April 26, 2021 led by Privia Health Group (NASDAQ: PRVA), raised $449 million at a $2,781 million market cap and finished 58% above its IPO price.

Global entertainment production company and talent agency, Endeavor Group Holdings (NYSE: EDR), raised $511 million at a $10,532 million market cap and finished 15% above its IPO price.

Utility-scale advanced solar tracker systems provider, FTC Soler (NASDAQ:FTCI), raised $258 million at a $1,282 million market cap and finished 5% above its IPO price.

Drone software and products developer, Red Cat Holdings (NASDAQ: RCAT), raised $16 million at a $153 million market cap and finished 1% above its IPO price.

Preclinical biotech developing immune therapies for cancer, Werewolf Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HOWL), raised $120 million at a $470 million market cap and finished 1% above its IPO price. The three SPACs went public this past week are:

1.      ION Acquisition 3 (Israeli tech business SPAC)

2.      Big Sky Growth Partners (digitally native internet retail and direct-to-consumer businesses SPAC)

3.      TradeUP Global Corp (no selected target industry)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of 560 million.
