Lifestyle Brand Platform Provider ONION GLOBAL Files for $100 Million US IPO

Onion Global Limited, a Chinese lifestyle brand platform provider, has filed Form F-1 Registration Statement on April 7, 2021 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $100 million IPO. Pricing terms are yet to announce.

The company search for and create the next generation of fresh, fashionable and future brands and bring them to the young consumers in China and across Asia. They have 4,001 brands on the platform, including 86 brand partners, offer 23 categories of lifestyle products, including beauty products, maternal and baby products, food & beverages, fast fashion and wellness products.

The Guangzhou, China-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $582 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2020. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol “OG.” AMTD Global Markets, Huatai Securities, Roth Capital, Tiger Brokers and Valuable Capital are underwriters of the IPO.

The company engages Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as US Securities Counsel, and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as Independent Auditor.
