One IPOs and 16 SPACs went public in the week of February 15, 2021 led by Greenbox POS (NASDAQ: GBOX) blockchain-based payment solutions provider, raised $44 million at a $407 million market cap and finished 36% above its IPO price.

The 16 SPACs went public this past week are:

1. Figure Acquisition I (fintech and financial services SPAC)

2. New Vista Acquisition (emerging tech and aerospace and defense SPAC) 3. FinServ Acquisition II (fintech industry SPAC)

4. FS Development II (healthcare business SPAC)

5. Simon Property Acq. (no selected target industry)

6. B. Riley Principal 150 (no selected target industry)

7. CF Acquisition VI (no selected target industry)

8. Moringa Acquisition (Israel-related technology business SPAC)

9. Tailwind Intl. Acq. (international technology SPAC)

10. Pathfinder Acquisition (technology SPAC)

11. Alpha Capital Acquisition (technology businesses in Latin America SPAC)

12. ABG Acquisition I (healthcare sector SPAC)

13. Medicus Sciences Acq. (medical technology sector SPAC)

14. SportsTek Acquisition (the sports and related sectors SPAC)

15. Kismet Acquisition Two (European business SPAC)

16. Kismet Acquisition Three (European business)

Together, all the SPACs raised a total of $3.4 billion.
