Medirom Healthcare Technologies Inc, a holistic health services provider in Japan, raised $12 million by offering 0.8 million ADSs at $15, within the proposed range of $14 to $16.
The company is a franchiser and operator of healthcare salons across Japan and is a platform partner for large consumer brands, healthcare service providers, and government entities to affect positive health outcomes.
The Tokyo, Japan-based company was founded in 2000 and booked $31 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2020. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “MRM.” Maxim Group LLC is the underwriter of the IPO.
The company engages Greenberg Traurig, LLP as US Securities Counsel, and Baker Tilly US, LLP as Independent Auditor.
