Ondas Holdings Inc, a wireless networking provider, has filed Form S-1 Registration Statement on October 26, 2020 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $25 million IPO. Pricing terms are yet to announce.
The company provides wireless connectivity solutions enabling mission-critical Industrial Internet applications and services. Its applications are secure, real-time connectivity with the ability to process large amounts of data at the edge.
The Sunnyvale, California-based company was founded in 2006 and booked $1 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2020. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “ONDS.” Oppenheimer & Co. is the underwriter of the IPO.
The company engages Allen & Akerman LLP as US Securities Counsel, and Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman P.A. as Independent Auditor.
