They secured the digital experience against cyberthreats by using threat intelligence capabilities through the scale and diversity of their sensor network.
The San Jose, California-based company was founded in 1987 and booked $2.7 billion in sales for the 12 months ended June 27, 2020. It plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “MCFE.” Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, TPG Capital BD, BofA Securities and Citi are underwriters of the IPO.
The company engages Ropes & Gray LLP as US Securities Counsel, and Ernst & Young LLP as Independent Auditor.
